So, this study investigated whether is effective factor blunt trauma. Methods: A total 44 trauma who visited regional center from July to December 2021 were included retrospective study. Blood levels measured immediately after emergency room admittance (IL-6 E) and 24 hours 24). To determine can predict clinical course prognosis trauma, correlation between E 24) score system, Injury Severity Score, Thoracic Trauma Pulmonary Contusion intensive care unit (ICU) stay period, hospitalization period analyzed. Results: showed good Score (P=0.505), (P=0.597), (P=0.493), ICU (P=0.762), (P=0.662). had relatively low compared E. Therefore, useful results for predicting trauma. Conclusions: Early plasma injury severity length stay, period.
